Will the recipient see the price?
No. No invoice, receipt or price appears anywhere in the parcel. Your tax invoice is emailed to you instead.
Can you send it straight to them?

Does the monogram cost extra?
No. Initials are pressed into the leather in Florence at no extra cost on any piece that offers it. Monogrammed pieces cannot be returned for change of mind, as they are made for one person.
How long should I allow?
Every piece ships direct from Florence, so allow the full delivery window when it is for a date. Personalised pieces take a little longer, as they are made to order.
