Every piece is made to order through Tuscany Leather, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, or the wrong product is delivered, tell us within 24–48 hours of delivery and we'll put it right — it needs to be unused with its tag attached. Many products can be personalised with your initials in a choice of fonts, look for the Personalise option on the product page.

Yes. Choose gift wrap on the product page and add a message printed on a high-quality card. No prices appear anywhere in the parcel.
